Known Issues Below is a list of currently known issues and their status:
Status: Investigation paused
Description: Stop codons are appearing in some of the virus sequences where they should not be present.
Resolution: After investigating a few examples of unexpected stop codons, we found the stop codons in the database that we source our sequence data from. We do not know the ultimate cause for these stop codons.
